Jumbled print jobs

I have a user running win2k with service pack 2 that could
print fine to a networked printer until yesterday. All his
settings appear fine but his print jobs come out with the
font size enlarged. The words run all over each other and
it is hard to read. Then we tried printing in Adobe
Acrobat and got the opposite, his font size was tiny and
illegible.

I ran a printer test and it prints fine. So it isn't the
printer. I had him print to another printer, same thing
happened. So I reinstalled his drivers, still happening.

Any help is appreciated.
