Japanese IME on Windows XP? how?

Hi,

i'm tryig to find a Japanese input method program for
Windows XP, but doing a search on microsoft.com yields
only stuff for Office XP, which i don't have. i'm running
Office 2000

i tried installing these, but it didn't work either

Download Microsoft Global IME 5.02 for Windows 95, Windows
98, and Windows NT 4.0

Install Microsoft Global IME 5.02 for 32-bit Windows



those 2 didn't work. Any ideas? does one even exist for
winxp w/out office xp?

I already got the japanese fonts installed to view
japanese text on websites, just need a way to input in
japanese now.
