isnt enough memory????

I am currently running Access XP on a 2003 server (2
1.4GHz with 2GB memory). When I make a change to a form I
get a "there isn't enough memory to perform this
operation." error. On the server I have 1.6 GB of free
physical memory. Found an article for Access 97 (KB
161329), but this didn't seem to apply. Has anyone dealt
with this problem or know of a solution?
