ISAPI Filter fails after v2.0.50215\aspnet_regiis.exe -i -enable

This is a simple ISAPI filter, which is used with SF_NOTIFY_AUTH_COMPLETE
option.
When I restart IIS and try to open a site's page - browser shows "Page can't
be displayed".
In Event log I see a lot of these errors:

Could not load all ISAPI filters for site/service. Therefore startup
aborted.

EventID: 2268

The HTTP Filter DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\ISAPIRewriter.dll failed to
load. The data is the error.
EventID: 2214
Data: 0000: 7e 00 00 00

After a long delay site will up. But after recycling of Application Pool the
delay and errors will repeats again.

But if I uninstall aspnet beta 2 by "v2.0.50215\aspnet_regiis.exe -u"
directive, everything will work correctly.

But on other computer with the same OS & Soft I can't reproduce this bug...
