Is There Anyplace Else To Go For W2K/SP4 Help?

I've posted my problem, and then posted the error messages, tried
several installs and uninstalls, but I'm not getting much in the way
of good advice (yet) to actually solve the problem. Could be people
ar etoo busy, whatever. So I'm willing to try other technical help
boards... can anyone comment on sites like Tech-Tips?
