Is there any way to get my icons back to the way they were when new?

I dont mean the ones of the programs that I've added, but I've taken some
from my computer, and some from othe rplaces and I want to make them al go
back to the default places.
Is this possible, I'd do it manually if possible but I dont have a fresh
iinstall of win xp pro to check it out.
