Is there a way to open an email open attachment from Access

Hi,

Does anyone know is there a way to open any email
attachment from Access?

Yes. I suspect you are on the LAN. Have the sender
change the extension of the file name to something else
before attaching it to an email to send. The sender or
receipients could have security protecting against mdb
files. Example: If file name is test101.mdb, then send as
test101.xyz. Include instructions to who will be getting
the email to save the file to their drive and remind them
to rename the saved file to file extension back to mdb.
Then simply click on the the saved file to open to work as
an Access file.

What do you mean by open? What email server software are you using?
What email client software are you using? Do you want to access a
POP3 server directly or use some already existing email client
software?
