Is it possible to add ContextMenu items to the Standard TextBox ContextMenu???

Is there a way way to get at the contextMenu currently in the standard textbox so that I can add addional items to the standard editing commands that currenly appear? I would like to keep all the standard editing options but add som
new functinality and I cannot figure out how to get at the original context menu that the textbox uses as standard

Any nudges in the right direction would be appreciated..
