Invoice/Inventory spreadsheet

Guys
I'm trying to build a spreadsheet that lets you record data onto an invoice
sheet and then prints off the invoice whilst automatically saving the data in
a database. The data is then held in a seperate sheet. I would like to keep
this in Excel and not go to Access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had a look at the free templates that some shipped with Excel?
You may find something like this there. What you want to do is quite
easy with VBA, but it is not a trivial task - there would be a couple
of days work.
