Invalid Page Fault in mshtml.dll (IE6)

Hello,
This is urgent. Whenever I visit a web page, I get an "Invalid Page Fault"
error in mshtml.dll (Module 0167). I have no clue why this has happened.
I've tried re-insalling IE as well as re-expanding this file as directed by
a MS KB article. WTF is wrong with this?

I'm using IE6 SP1 on Win98SE.

1. With your anti-virus application disabled and all other running processes
closed, visit Windows Update and intall Q824145 (at least). Reboot when
instructed.

2. If no joy, do you have Yahoo Companion or Google Toolbar/Desktop
installed?
