For the past week or so, I cannot connect 100% to my
internet. I open up IE and it tries to connect because
it tells me in the left lower corner saying
that, "website found: waiting for reply". After this,
MSN begins to load but only about 80% of it. Mostly all
the words and pictures load but it still contiues to load
in the lower right. after a minute or so the page comes
up with "This page cannot be displayed". I have two
computers in the house, #1 (2.5ghz, XP) computer which is
the primary works fine but my #2 (1.2ghz, XP) computer is
not working like I should. I called my ISP last night
and they did everything that they could do. The tech
said that their hardware is working properly because I'm
able to surf the web with my #1 computer. The tech
advised me to check our Spybot and adware. Would this
fix the problem. Please help, im tired with this problem
Thanks

Try a final cleanup with "Hijack This"

Go to:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location: Spyware and Hijackware Removal Support.
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/index.php?s=8a236cdf61469fbad3bddbe810be0374&act=SF&f=11

Sign in, then copy and paste both files in your message.
