Intermittent times users cannot view BCM History function

    This issue is on a Shared SQL Express DB. To temporarily fix the issue I
    connect the users to a local DB then re-connect them to the SQL DB.

    The users can access the History function in BCM for awhile then they get
    disconnected again from the History function.

    I was trying to run a script to re-index the DB, but am not having any luck
    getting this script to work.

    Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
