Interface not registered message

I am getting an error message when trying to use
Microsoft Word 2002 as my HTML email editor under Outlook
2002. I have tried removing and reinstalling Office 2002
completely. I have tried resetting all options to their
default settings and nothing I have tried works. I also
tried using the Support Utility under Word 2002 to reset
the registry entries. Any suggestions.
