Intelide.sys & PartMgr.sys fail to load at start-up

I'd appreciate any help on this. Windows hangs or slows at boot start
because a couple of driver fail to load. I've re-installing the software;
updating the BIOS, but nothing works.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: IntelIde

PartMgr.sys

Intelide.sys

Had the same problem with ntorskrnl.dll and pwipf, nothing
I tried worked. Due to a deteriorating system (corrupted
and missing files)I had to do a reformat and fresh install
and those boot errors went away. You might try, start>run
and type msconfig in the box, hit ok. That brings up the
system configuration utility that can be used to isolate
boot problems. Be sure to read the directions :). BootVis
is another good program to give you a visual idea where
the problem is occuring and it can also optimize the boot
process. Kelly's Korner has a link to download it if its
not already in your system32 folder.

Microsoft withdrew support for bootvis because it was being used for
purposes not originally intended by people who don't understand what they're
doing.

Oh, you mean like using a screwdriver to pound in a nail?
I can't imagine what bootvis could be used for other than
its intended purpose. Yes, we probably all need cynch up
our belts and turn over any tool requiring skill or
intelligence to Father Microsoft, thus eliminating any
liability for it's improper use by unsavvy end users like
me. CEO'S for Microsoft can sleep well knowing that the
misuse of bootvis can no longer threaten litigation, more
to the point, their wallets. It gives me a warm fuzzy
feeling inside when I can say to myself, "It doesn't
matter if my computer won't boot up very fast. Microsoft
loves me and will always take care of me" (sigh)
