Insufficient Memory after XP memory upgrade.

Access97 now fails with Insufficient Memory message after a recent memory
upgrade from 500M to 2G
Removed and re-installed ACCESS and indeed complete Office PRO but seems to
have a problem with system.MDW workgroup file
re-installed .MDW file from backup and the insufficient memory problem
occurs again.
Fortunately on old (retired) WIN98 machine Access still runs.

I've done a search and all I could find were suggestions to clean out your
temp folder (by default c:\windows\temp)

Nobody has said whether this helped or not, so could you try it and let us
know if it worked?

Oh wait. Here is the article I was sure existed and was actually searching
for:

Yep.. Many thanks Bob, Took about ten seconds to fix.. I thought I had
read about the problem somewhere but couldn't find it so this was a good
place to ask..
thanks again
