Installing Windows 95 game onto Windows XP

I am trying to install a Disney game and I am getting this message:

C:/ Windows System 32/Autoexec.NT

This system file is not suitable for running MS DOS and microsoft windows
applications. Choose close to terminate application.

On the CDrom it says Windows 95, What do I do?
