installing software using the Compatibility Wizard

I am trying to install the PhotoMax software using the Compatibility Wizard. This is because my digital camera does not work with XP. Instructions from polaroid are to use the Compatibility Wizard, I get to the begining where it states not compatible with Windows NT message and click OK The program Compatibility Wizard opens up and I can not click on next because all three boxes are blank. After trying all three, I think the center box is "next" clicking it does nothing, the third box must be cancel. Any ideas?

In order for us to know precisely what it is you are talking about, you need

I can't answer specifically but some applications are simply not compatible
with XP and will not run no matter what you do. I suggest you contact the
application manufacturer or visit their website, look for updates and later
versions.

I had this same problem and found a procedure to allow me to install the photomax, but cannot recall where I got the info. I'm sure it was from Microsoft helplines though and ironically I need that info again.
