Installing Programs under an Adminstrator ID

Discussion in 'Microsoft Windows 2000 Setup' started by Homer Leonard, Dec 11, 2003.

  1. I installed a application under my administrator ID. The
installation completed normally. However, when tryng to
run it, it fails indicating a registry varible is not set
properly. Looking at the varible it appears OK. I tried
several things nothing seems to make it work. Until I
created another administrator ID and attempted to run the
application with the new Administrator ID. IT WORKED???
Why? I think something is corrupt in the first
Administrator ID? Is there anyone out there who can help
    me?
