Installation Problem with Halo 2 for Windows Vista

Get the following message when I attempt to install Halo 2 for Windows Vista
on any of my computers: "The procedure entry point CreateProcessWithTokenW
could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll." All my
machines exceed the specified system requirements for the game. Suspect I
may have a faulty disk, but don't know for sure. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
