Insert-AutoText-Signature tab doesn't display new signatures

When using Microsoft Office 2003 to edit e-mail messages, why does the
Insert-AutoText-Signature tab only displays "temp" and not newly created
signatures? Can this be fixed?

Because Outlook doesn't use AutoText for signatures. What is it that you're trying to accomplish?
