INDENT TEXT IN A CELL

Is there a way to indent only the second line of text in ONE cell without
indenting the first line? Example:

Consolidation of Parcels and Boundary Line Adjustments
Between Parcels in the RA and RC Zones

If your example is typical i.e. two lines, the centering the text would give
the same appearance. Othrwise it's all or nothing.

You could use alt-enter to force a new line within the cell.

Then add a bunch of spaces at the front of the second line.
