Inbox messages being deleted automatically

Help...Messages in the Inbox folder more than 3 days old
are being sent to the Delete folder automatically. It all
worked fine up till a week ago. I have done nothing to
change settings that I know of. Checked options-don't see
anything that would help. Outlook 2000. Thanks for
comments.

Check the properties of the Inbox folder for AutoArchive settings.
