In MS Office Outlook, how do you push all calendar entries forward a week,
starting from today forwards only; so that a week becomes clear.
99% of my calendar entries are recurring 4 weekly events, and I just need to
free up a clear week. Do I REALLY have to open EVERY entry, end the
recurrence for EACH one, then do a new one for EVERY one of them, with new
recurrence starting dates? Surely not! There must be a way to select all
entries and move their next recurrence date forward by a week, starting from
a certain date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

if you just want to create a free week and all appointments are recurring,
delete the appointments (one at a time) - if will ask if you if you want to
delete the occurrence or the series and create exceptions for the deleted
appointments.

Hi,

I want a similar thing. I have 10-14 active tasks/projects, lets say each of them takes two weeks. Their priority could change occasionaly. But I would like them to "chain", as they fill all my worktime. This way I can see/show when the last task is expected to be finished. If I get a new Nr 1 priority of 1 week I wish to add it to the start of the list, and all the others would skip 1 week forward.

In short I guess what I am looking for is calendar entries that are unable to share the same timeframe.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thank you in advance
