Importing Usernames and Passwords

I would like to import usernames and passwords into a 2000
server. Is there a way that I can do this without adding
each name and password?

let me steal nomad's answer, as it applies to you also vsedaka

They all need AD accounts with same name as NDS accounts.
They also need the same password in both directories. This
is easy to achieve if you install Novell Account
Management or DirXML, it will automatically synchronise
passwords and automatically set up both accounts for you.
