Importing mail from OE 5.5

I'm trying to move e-mail folders over from an old
computer running Outlook Express 5.5 to a new computer
using Outlook 2002. I can't figure out how to do it.
OE5.5 doesn't have a .pst file. It has a .dbx file for
each folder. Can anyone tell me how I can move these
files over?
