Hello there,

We would need a hell of a lot more information before we could answer you. What
computer are you using, Is your camera Digital or Analog. What method are you
using to capture (please note that two tins and a piece of string are no longer
supported)

Which target format are you selecting while importing the footage into your
PC? If it is a DV camera, you'll have to choose DV-AVI for best results.

Hello there,

You select the target format on I think the 3rd or 4th window.....you
get options like Best for playback.....there should be a button to press
called show more options. You will only be offered formats that your camera
is capable of putting out. If DV-AVI is not one of the options and your
camera is a normal DV camera then there may be a fault in the
camera/firwire/ilink cable/card

Best Wishes.....John Kelly
