Importing excel into access - want access to update data supplied from excel

Please help!

I am trying to import an excel spreadsheet into access. I
want access to update the inform supplied from the excel
sreadsheet. Please tell me how I can do this. Your
assistance is greatly appreciated.

You can link the EXCEL file to your database as a "linked table" and then
you can work on the data directly.
