Importing Excel file into Access Table.

I have a download out of our computer system that I need to have imported
into a table in Access. Downloads out of our system look kind of funky, with
the header row beginning in B4, row 5 being blank, and my data beginning in
B6.

Is there anything I can do to import the data starting with cell B6? From
B6, I want to import data until the end of the file (when B is blank).

Is this possible, or should I stick to copy ----> paste append?

Anything slightly more automated would be greatly appreciated.
