Import Contacts file which is a .pst file to Outlook

I have exported my old Contacts information to a .pst
file and now I wish to load it back into Outlook but when
I try this I get the error 'contacts.pst is not a
personal folders file'. The problem is that I do not have
access to my old Outlook contacts folder to export it
again.

Make sure the .PST file is on your hard drive (not on a CD) and that it's
nor marked read only. Then try opening it via File | Open (in Outlook).
