Imitating Windows Media Player 10's "Mini Player toolbar" mode in C#

I'm not sure if you can even do this in c# but how can you get an app
to do something like what Windows Media Player 10 does when you
minimize it (the "Mini Player toolbar" mode)

You can create your own controls in .net so technically I think that the
answer is yes, you can , not it could be a pain ITA to do it.

Take a look at several toolbox that provides custom controls, maybe you find
one that suit your needs
