IMAP set-ups/sync features

Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2003 - have created the IMAP account to pull the emails
into Outlook as I was told that was the only way to have the sent emails in
my webmail brought into Outlook - when I'm using the webmail instead of
Outlook on my laptop.

But - I have been unable to get the sent mail to come over to Outlook - and
am now wondering if I should just convert the IMAP account to a standard
POP3...

Outlook 2003 IMAP. Got an update & settings are off. Before update I could
view message header/topic without downloading header. Where is the setting to
manually download headers? I think some of my menu options are deleted.
