Hi,

After upgrading to Office 2007, I discovered that some of the image file
will have problem. I will get the following message displayed with a red
cross:

"The image cannot be displayed. Your computer may not have enough memoery to
open the image, or the image may have been conrrupted. Restart your
computer, and then open the file again. If the red x still appears, you may
have to delete the image and then insert it again."

But if I opened the same document on office 2003, it is showing fine.

Please advice.

Best Regards,
Joe

Dear Thomson,

Thank you for your help. But when I tried to install the hotfix, I will get
an error: "The expected version of the product was not found on the system."

Hmmm. I can't find any articles that relate to that message & 2007. But you
have 2003 installed too, right? Is it up to date? And how about your OS?

I tried it with 2003 on another desktop.

My OS is Windows XP SP3. And my office 2007 is SP2.

Many Thanks =)
