If Windows Update is disabled, (How) Can I manually update WD?

Just upgraded to Windows Defender from MS Antispyware, but I can't update it
due to the fact that my corp sysadmin has disabled Windows Updates. Any way
to manually download and install WD updates? Thanks. -- NickG

"full" update first, but a different thread provided that.
