iExplorer has caused an error in KERNEL.32.DLL

A

Aurora

This happens almost every time I go online, then I can't
close any thing without actually turning off the power
source.
It has been happening for about 2 weeks and I really don't
know what initiated the problem.....please help.
Thank you
