Windows XP IEXPLORE.EXE.mdmp Error?

hey

im running on windows xp and Ive been getting this random error for a while now and i don't know if its a virus or just something wrong

my computer usually stays on for most of the day if im away from it and i come back there is an error that says internet explorer needs to close. when i click on view technical information it says

Try un-installing any browser plug inss you have running with Internet Explorer. Its not a virus.

There is a couple of anonamolies that I can see, however, this site does not offer a HJT service, I strongly suggest you seek advice from the excellent people over at BleepingComputers and they will put your mind at ease.
