Windows Vista ie 7 unknown publisher error

i am trying to access an ip address which allows me to see a camera system from the internet everytime i do i get this error:

windows has blocked this program because it cant verify the publisher

name:activeview:cab
publisher: unknown

i am running vista with a cable internet connection my anti-virus software has been turned off

does anyone know how to get around this because it is making it impossible for me to access the cameras via the internet i tried it on a couple xp based systems

I would not be turning off my security programs.


This "site" is using a control, probably ActiveX, that launches any .exe in a browser. While this usually works, it is a huge security risk. Looks like Vista is just doing its job.
