ICS problem with Network on two XP Home ED.

I recently bought a laptop with XP Home ED., networked it to my desktop, that also has XP Home ED. File sharing is ok but can't figure out how to share a internet connection. I done the network wizard, and configured it, to enable ICS. And still can't figure out how to share internet connection. I use a Linksys hub, cat5e staight patch cable. I have a dial-up connection, to access the internet. My host says its enabled, but I must be doing something wrong. Help
