Why can't you just go back to Accessibility Options and turn them off
completely? If there's more to this story, please provide the details.

Erm,actually it has nothing to do with the display settings, but the
Acessibility Options screwed my taskbar, not the windows and such.Dpi is
correct.

There is a bug in Acessibility Options. After disabling that,
under [Advanced], look at 'Caption Buttons'-size and 'Icon'-size.
Try decreasing size by '1' > [ok] > [Apply], then increasing size by
'1' > [ok] > [Apply]. Also right-click blank part of QuickLaunch > View
Toggle Large/Small Icons twice.

I meant for you to disable whatever you had enabled in Acessibility
Options. Just go ahead and adjust the 'Caption Buttons'-size as described
above. If that does not help, then do 'Icon'-size, and QuickLaunch.
Reply with the outcome of those steps, and if still no good, I will list
some more things to try.

Just to be clear, were your taskbar and icons bigger, but you have made
them the correct size now? Also, was your window pane the correct size,
but now that is smaller? Which window pane are you referring to?
