I would like to resize the box in my org chart to fix my data

Under the Organization Chart toolbar,
Uncheck Autolayout. To do so, click Layout > AutoLayout.
This allows you to resize the autoshape in the org chart.

Alternately, under the Organization Chart toolbar,
Click "Fit Text".

Is that what you want?
