As the title suggests, I worked as an over the phone (OTP) technician for Compaq Computer Corporation from 2000-2003. I worked general support, Case Management, and Email support. I worked there before and during the HP buyout.
That is the basic stuff. I'm open to questions. Reef's thread gave me the idea. I'm interested to see what the rest of the world has to say, or ask.
