Microsoft Access.
Find an appropriate newsgroup and post more details. You say that office
appears when you try to email someone, what does that mean? How do you try
to email them? Personally, I have to open Microsoft Outlook, then click the
"new message" button to send an email. Outlook is part of MS Office.
