I need to subtract cell B-6 sheet2 from cell B12 sheet1/ Excel 2003

Put this formula in any cell EXCEPT the two that are part of the formula.

=Sheet1!B12-Sheet2!B6

Or, if Sheet1 cell B2 already has a formula in it and you want it reduced
by subtracting Sheet2 cell B6 from it, just add this to the end of your
existing formula.

(YourFormula)-Sheet2!B6
