Can't be done without rebooting.
One way to replace the files would be by getting the exact clean versions of
the files onto a floppy or CD, boot into the recovery console and replacing
the files from the recovery command line.
This site will help u in fixing & downloading dll's ..just click "Fix dll errors now" button.
Worked in my case..as i also download few dll's from this site
