I need replace kerner32.dll

How can I replace wininet.dll, urlmon.dll kerner32.dll, without rebooting
the Windows 2000 server, or how I supose to do it.

I don't think you can do that without rebooting. What has happened that you
think you need to do that?

Can't be done without rebooting.
One way to replace the files would be by getting the exact clean versions of
the files onto a floppy or CD, boot into the recovery console and replacing
the files from the recovery command line.
