i cant install age of empires 3

everytime i attempt to install AOE3 it gets to the end of the loeadin adn
comes up with 'Error 1305. Error reading from file C:\program files\microsoft
games\age of empires III\art\art2.bar. verify that the file exists and that
you can access it.' is there a problem with the disk? or is it a problem i
can fix throught the computer
HELP!!!
