I cannot view the pictures in clip art, how can I view them?

Ever since I reformatted my computer (that had billions of clips arts on it)
I can get the clip art to come up, but I can't view it in my window. I then
have trouble pasting, and can only view the clip art when it's finally in my
document. I want to be able to see the choices before pasting in. Has
anyone had this problem? I really need help.

The probability is that your cache is full - in IE, tools, Internet
Options, delete files
