HTML Previewer Error

I am getting an error message when I try to open a html attachment. "This
file can not be previewed because of an error with the following previewer"
HTML Previewer This was working until today. Does anyone know how to fix
this?

I tried office diagnostics and that did not help.

I have found that when I open an attachment in Microsoft Outlook 2007 it is
creating a temp file in the temporary internet directory. These temporary
files are not deleting and the directory must have been full. Once I deleted
all of these temporary files I was able to open a html file again. So do you
know why it is creating and saving a copy of the attachment in the temporary
internet directory and why they do not automactically delete with the other
files?

Because you must have a file on disk in order to open it. Outlook has a
folder called the "Outlook Secure Temp folder" that is the place Outlook
writes attachments when you open them directly from Outlook instead of
saving them to disk yourself first. You can control where that folder
resides. See this:

and why they do not automactically delete with the other

If you close the attchment first before closing the message or Outlook, they
should be deleted automatically. The Internet Explorer function thar
deletes the "Temporary Internet Files" contents ignores this folder, as far
as I can tell.

the OutlookTempCleaner to run in the future.
