Hp Photosmart 1000 Printer installation

I cannot install my printer even with the support disk
that came with printer. WHat can i do? Please help! My
daughter needs to print reports for college due tomorrow.

I know this doesn't help, but I have that same exact
issue. Everything else I have installed perfectly when I
upgraded to XP....except my HP P1000. I can't get it to
install no matter how many different ways I try. I would
certainly be grateful for any suggestions that people
have as well.

Below is a source for drivers, which has links to various
manufacturers plus a separate area with drivers uploaded by users..
Sometimes people write in with suggestions about installation problems
and work-arounds. The universal login is drivers, password all.
