How would you select multiple locations with a specified distance

I have a ShipTo table. I need to select, from this table, a ship to address
that would be within a specified distance to the customer's zip code. (The
ship to address could be the customer's address or it could be a "dealer's
address. Multiple customers could use the same dealer as the ship to.) The
ship to must be selected at the time of the sale. In order to keep the
selection to a managable list it would be helpful to be able to limit the
choice by distance to the zip code. Is there a way to do this?
