How to turn off "Auto Insert" in XP Home Edt?

How can I turn off "Auto Insert" and/or "Auto Run" for
CD, ZIP Disc and Floppy in XP Home Edition.

I really dislike having a dialog box popping up
when ever I insert a CD, ZIP Disc or Floppy.

That did it. But I just had a thought, is there
a way to enable "auto insert" in the future if a Program
Install CD requires it?

Rick, I use TweakUI for XP to turn off the autorun for CD drives when I
don't want it bugging me. If I'm going to install software, I either double
click the Setup.EXE file on the CD or I reinstate Autoplay by changing the
setting once again. A simple check mark or removal of the check mark can
easily turn this feature on/off.
