how to stop Outlook from opening multiple sessions

Hi, everytime I start my computer I get two sessions of Outlook opening
instead of just one. Even if I shut them down when I try to start Outlook
again I always get two sessions to open. Need to know how to set up so it
opens only one session.Thank you

Check your Windows Startup folder to see if you have more than one shortcut
to Outlook there.
